The seller and your purchase
Xoqir operates https://xoqir.com under the name Xoqir Store. A purchase through this website is an agreement with Xoqir. Read these Terms alongside the linked shipping and refund rules before ordering.
You must have legal capacity to make the purchase or appropriate authorization. Give accurate contact, address, and payment information, use payment methods you are authorized to use, and protect any account credentials. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Choosing products and completing payment
Our published collection includes T-shirts and other apparel as it is added. Unpublished or unavailable products cannot be ordered. The individual listing supplies its available sizes, design, material, care information, price, and availability. Check its size guidance because fit can differ between styles.
Display settings can affect perceived color, but they do not excuse a product materially different from its description. Applicable rights concerning defects and inaccurate descriptions are preserved.
U.S. storefront prices are in U.S. dollars unless clearly identified otherwise. Use a payment method enabled at checkout. Shipping charges and taxes collected by us are disclosed before payment; ordinary clothing purchases do not require a paid membership or recurring subscription.
Order issues, changes, and delivery
An automated receipt acknowledges that we received your order. If stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or a material listing error affects it, we explain the problem. We will not impose a substitute or higher price without your agreement. If fulfillment is impossible, the affected items, applicable tax, and unincurred shipping charges are promptly refunded.
Request changes or cancellation as soon as possible. We confirm whether they can be made before dispatch or irreversible production. Specific restrictions must be disclosed before purchase and cannot remove rights concerning shipping delays, non-fulfillment, or defects.
The Shipping Policy sets out destinations, costs, estimates, and delay remedies. The Refund Policy sets out eligibility, return costs, and refund procedures. Both form part of the purchase terms.
Use of the website and platform
Do not misuse the store for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, disruption, or infringement. Protected website material belongs to Xoqir or the relevant rights holder. Buying a garment does not grant commercial reproduction rights in its artwork.
Shopify hosts the store and processes information when you browse and purchase. Payment and other providers may apply separate terms to their services, without removing our duties as seller.

Legal protections and administration
Technical interruptions can occur, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website access. No provision excludes a warranty, liability, refund, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over conflicting terms.
Applicable United States federal law and applicable state law govern these transactions. This wording does not select an exclusive state or court or waive a non-waivable right to use a competent court or other available remedy.
Revisions apply prospectively from the date above and do not reduce rights under an existing order retrospectively. Send questions or disputes to info@xoqir.com; contacting us does not prevent other available action.
