Xoqir Store's retail responsibilities begin with what we tell customers and how we respond when something needs attention. The principles below guide those decisions; they are not supply-chain certifications.
Claims should be supported
Material, origin, sizing, care, and design descriptions should correspond to the item being sold. Environmental or charitable statements require evidence for the particular claim. A description of one product does not establish the same claim for the whole collection.
People in the supply chain matter
We expect suppliers and service providers to observe applicable labor and safety laws and reject forced labor and illegal child labor. This expectation is not a representation that every facility has undergone an independent audit. Credible concerns will be reviewed, with appropriate action considered within our business relationships.
Care information has a practical purpose
Following the garment's care label can help extend its useful life. Claims about organic materials, recycled content, recyclability, or reduced environmental impact are made only when supported for the relevant product or packaging. We do not imply collection-wide environmental certification.
Customers need clear follow-through
We aim to explain purchase costs and conditions and follow our published delivery and return policies. We also respect intellectual property. Send concerns about sourcing, unsupported claims, customer treatment, or potentially unauthorized content to info@xoqir.com with the relevant details. We will review the report and respond as appropriate.
